The board of Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has approved the extension of the Namma Metro project that is coming up in Bangalore city.
The board, at its recent meeting, agreed to extend the metro from Yeshwantpur to Hessarghatta Cross and from R.V. Road Junction to Banashankari (Jaragennahalli).

Bangalore, India’s technology capital, will soon boast a 47-floor highrise on Residency Road targeted at India’s uber-rich, with each condominium priced at anywhere between Rs23 crore and Rs40 crore (about $5-9 million).

Infrastructure major Nagarjuna Construction today said it has bagged three orders worth Rs 474 crore for developing sports facility and transit management centre, among others in Delhi and Karnataka.
