Take a plunge, scuba-diving is here to thrill
If Tom Cruise, Sandra Bullock, Lauren Hutton and Patrick Stewart can convert their passion for exploring the deep blue sea into real-life hobbies, so can you. Right here in Bangalore.
For decades, Hollywood’s fascination with scuba-diving was glamorized on silver screen in 007 flicks, The Abyss and Open Water. Now, you can get an international certificate in scuba-diving with Inland Training Center in Bangalore, a joint venture of Planet Scuba, a scuba diving school, and diving instructor Venkatesh Charloo.
The school at Indiranagar will offer PADI (Professional Association of Dive Instructions) open water diver and advanced open water diver certifications. “Bangalore is a great market for adventure sports. Surveys suggest residents here indulge in adventure sports more compared to other Indian cities. We’re expecting the bulk of our enrolments to come from young IT professionals,” said Madhava Reddy, founder director of Planet Scuba India.
The course includes three days of classroom lessons, two days in a swimming pool and two days at sea, breathing bubbles and taking photographs. Training includes simulatory exercises and personalized coaching in a swimming pool. The course is open to physically fit people above 10 years. You can scuba-dive anywhere in the world by showing the certificate.
The course is not just for professional scuba-diving, but also to spread awareness about the marine ecosystem, Reddy added.
Popular scuba-diving destinations around the world include the Great Barrier Reef in Heron or Vanuatu in Australia, Fiji Islands, Cayman Islands, Koh Tao Island in Thailand and Florida and Hawaii in the US. There has been a rise in Indian tourists to these destinations over the years.
Recreational scuba-diving today is like any other sport that requires specialized equipment and training, such as snow skiing, sailing, mountain climbing and horseback riding.

Great! Thank you!
I always wanted to write in my site something like that. Can I take part of your post to my blog?
Of course, I will add backlink?
Sincerely, Your Reader

Would you please translate your website into Italian as I’m not very comfortable reading it in English? I’m getting tired of using Google Translate all the time, there is a little WP plugin called like global translator which will render all your posts by default- this would make reading articleson your great blog even more comfortable. Cheers dude, Thailand Top 100!
